She believes in the power of occasion and the necessity of celebration. That’s why she works with you to approach your event with intention, strategy, and the not-so-radical belief that planning an event can actually be fun.

Her main focus is to simplify the process for her client’s by only offering custom services and pricing. She wants to meet you where you’re at in the planning process because let’s be honest no event is the same. Whether you’re planning a large wedding, intimate ceremony, dinner party, or private event we will work with you to plan, coordinate, design, & style a meaningful, stylish occasion unique to your vision and needs. 

 
 

Phase 1: The Vision

Your Pinterest boards have Pinterest boards. You both know the feeling you want to have throughout the planning process and on your event day - the combination of relaxed, excited, and hope that everything will go better than you originally expected and your guest’s will immediately tell you how incredible the event was. But, how you get from where you are today to that moment is a little less clear. That’s why you partner with Kate!

In the first meeting, you will be presented with a custom work back schedule of how we’re going to get from a to z (no matter how many months out we are from event day), professional design suite noting all the details from fabric colors/chargers/florals and more, a list of curated vendor recommendations, and a budget breakdown suggesting where we should make our investments moving forward. And this is just what happens in your FIRST meeting…

Phase 2: The Plan

During this phase of the planning process, you might have more questions than answers. Which is actually a good thing. No question is dumb at Kate Alexandra Events and it’s Kate’s promise to you that you both will always get an honest answer or response via the private client portal she uses.

That’s right - every client gets access to their own private client portal. This is where all the details related to your event will live plus your monthly checklist, how-to’s on everything from addressing envelopes to seating chart best practices, and reminders for when payments are due or when your upcoming tasting appointment is. Yes, there will be a lot of “to-do’s” along the way but Kate has all the tools to keep you on track for your event or I DO.

Phase 3: The Details

Now that all the big decisions have been made, we will make sure that nothing is lost in the shuffle. Behind the scenes Kate will be taking care of the minute-by-minute details so that you both (plus your families/friends) can enjoy the time before your wedding/event. She will also be sure the bridal parties are in order and guests are experiencing an event they will never forget. Do you feel like you can take a breath and start to relax? You should. Your event is happening, and it is going to be perfect.

Phase 4: The Celebration!

It’s time to pop the bubbly. Your professional wedding/event timeline has been sent to your vendor team along with your design suite and venue layout map. You’re now receiving stress-free updates from Kate confirming that everything is on track and your vendors/family are directing all questions to your certified planner. The only thing you’re focused on is the countdown to the big day!
